About the position

Our solution is an excellent fit for digital marketing agencies. They actively seek solutions to improve the quality of the content they deliver to their customers while reducing costs. Augmented Experts is a better solution than any other alternative today.

In this position, you will identify, qualify, and close new agency partner relationships. The agency development manager will be required to prospect for new via social media, email and phone. They should also be able to leverage their expansive, existing contacts and relationships. They will also use the company’s CRM system to perform prospecting and document their progress against objectives.

Key responsibilities

Most of your time will be spent on the following:

  • Prospect into multiple organizations via outbound calls, social media, and e-mail, utilizing company CRM.
  • Qualify all sales leads based on specific lead qualification criteria definitions.
  • Articulate the division’s value proposition to decision-makers to assess buying interest.
  • For more significant partnerships, generate custom proposals in collaboration with company leadership.
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of our solution – and articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize the sales and marketing process.

Your success will be measured based on the target achievement of the new and recurring revenue.

This is a full-time position. Compensation will be a combination of base salary and monthly incentives based on achieving and exceeding specific new revenue performance benchmarks. There is no cap on earnings.

Required qualifications

  • MANDATORY: At least two years of current experience selling services to digital marketing agencies at price points between $12,000 and $100,000 annually.
  • A track record of overachievement by exceeding sales quotas and being a top sales manager.
  • A track record of career development into progressively more senior roles (either by sales quota or responsibilities).
  • Superior US phone, email, and social media prospecting skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and empathy with prospective customers.
  • Previous formal sales training and education.
  • Excellent email communication skills – cohesive, logical and effective.
  • Excellent follow-up/follow-through skills.
  • Current experience using the entire MS Office suite, including MS Excel.
  • Previous CRM experience (e.g., Active Campaign, HubSpot, etc.).
